We will need your phone number for the delivery. The carrier will need to call you in order to set up a delivery time. Please make sure the number you provide during checkout is the best one to reach you. If paying with PayPal, please make sure the number on your account is accurate.

You'll need to inspect your package upon arrival before you sign. If your order arrives damaged, you should sign "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt. If the item is damaged to the point that it is not usable, you can refuse the item.

Please notify and, if possible, send photos of any damage to vminnovations_help@email.spreetail.com, along with your order number. A member of our Customer Experience team will reach out to you with further instructions.

Delivery Information

At this time, we do not offer "in-home" deliveries. Your shipment must be delivered to the curbside and will require a signature. Please be sure you are able to move the item after it arrives, as the carrier will not be able to assist.

We do our best to ship orders as fast as we can. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by calling our Customer Experience team at 866-639-9320. Please note that if we are unable to cancel your order before it ships, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.

If the item is returned from the freight company for any reason other than damage, additional shipping or storage fees may apply. Reasons may include invalid or incorrect address information, and incorrect phone number or contact information, or failing to schedule or missing an already scheduled delivery appointment.

If the item is delivered and a return is requested, the freight shipping fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Great air mattress!

My only previous experience with an air mattress was with one we used when camping several years ago. Usually half way through the night, it felt like I was laying on the ground! This Sealy 20 air mattress is so much better. It inflates quickly and stays inflated! Very comfortable. Works great when you have guests and need an extra bed.

Comfortable

The sealy air mattress arrived just in time for my move. The queen airbed is a perfect size for me. The first thing I want to say that the built-in pump makes set up easy. You simply take out the box, unfold, plug in and turn on. It took less than a few minutes for the mattress to fill up. I have slept on it for a couple weeks and this air mattress is very comfortable. I feel like I'm on a regular bed. I don't have any sleep issues and I don't wake up with any back or neck issues. I also was pleased with the 20 inch as it is not right on the ground so it gives you the feel of a regular bed. Taking the air out is just as easy, you turn on the built-in pump and turn it the opposite direction to take out the air. This air mattress made my move much easier and I would recommend. Its sturdy and holds the air. I haven't had to put more air in since I've been sleeping on it. I wasn't sure want to expect as I haven't slept on an air mattress before but this exceeded my expectations.

Comfortable!

Got this over a week ago and Im surprised how comfortable it was! I got this bed just in case we have guests over and needed an extra bed, I inflated it once I got the bed to make sure its fine, it inflated pretty quickly and its been staying inflated for a couple days with minimal leak! Ive slept on it for a nap and found that its actually pretty comfortable for an air bed! Highly recommended if youre in the market for one!

Easy to use!!

This is a vert comfortable mattress!! Very easy to set up and inflate with the built - pump. We have used this mattress several times and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Perfect now that were all getting together again. So nice to be able to offer a comfortable place to sleep for guests. Very easy and quick to use and very comfortable. Stores easily. I am so happy to have this available for guests!
