The Bestway 12' x 30" Steel Pro Frame Pool is great for families who want summer fun without all the work and maintenance of an in-ground pool. The metal frame of the 12' x 30" Steel Pro Frame Pool is connected with T connectors and C clips and walled with heavy-duty PVC and polyester 3-ply. It's built to last, so you and your family can enjoy years of summer fun. When pool season is over, the flow control drain valve makes emptying the pool a breeze. Simply connect it to your garden hose, drain away from your home, and distribute water evenly so you won't ruin your lawn.

Included with the pool are a heavy-duty repair patch, filter pump, and a DVD with instructions on how to set up and maintain your new pool.

Bestway pool not so best filter is no good

The pool is OK the only thing great was that it was delivered quickly. I still think that I overpaid, I made multiple orders as well hopefully one will come through. This item was just left at my door the box was punctured. Had I been there to see the package I would not accepted with the hole in the box. I had our landscaper flatten out the area so that I can place it on an even plot as suggested. I am afraid that when my 11-year-old is swimming around with all the movement that it may collapse. I do not feel that it is sturdy and I feel that it’s dangerous if I’m not watching her at all times with the legs wobbling back-and-forth. In addition to the landscaper I had a contractor helping me with the installations. The filter does not work at all it is very disappointing. I wish it had a stronger filter and the durability was a little more promising. I feel like I overpaid because of the desperate times this item is not so great, may just take it down. I hope this was good feedback, I feel regret for this purchase. I did email about the installation process and the filter but have not yet heard back from them almost 2 weeks.

Amazing Pool

At first i was a little skeptical because all the pools were out of stock and overly priced everywhere. So i thought this must be too good to be true. I received the pool before I expected and completely love it. No issues whatsoever.

The pool looks great. Not too hard to put together. This is a great pool for the price. Great shipping, but sure would be nice to have a ladder, I am barely 5 foot tall ??

Feeling Relieved and Relaxed

I was a little worried about ordering this pool since I saw so many reviews about people not getting theirs, two shipments, back ordered and so forth, but with the entire country looking for pools this summer, I pulled the trigger and rolled the dice. Low and behold the pool arrived within 4 days and was shipped in a box within a box. All the pieces were there and the box was unopened! Could not have been more happy. Customer service was easy to get a hold of and helped me track my item, as I wanted to stay on top of them in fear of previous reviews. NO ISSUES! The pool itself seems good, the instructions are lame but the picture on the box and on the website was the real hero when setting up the filter and pump hoses. Pump seems to working fine and my pool chemistry is holding levels. I have received 2 sun burns so far and will be applying more sun block although that is not the pools fault.... I also ordered a pool cover at a later date and I received it within 3 days and have no issue with it other than putting it on after every use... my wife insist of it as she fears a squirrel or raccoon may go for a swim and drown... sounds crazy to me, but what the heck.. I have done crazier things to keep my wife happy. All in all.. pretty sunburned and happy!

Inefficient Pump

Pool is ok. A nice look compared to the bright blue intex ones we’ve had. Easy to set up. Pump is not efficient at all. We need to upgrade it, but no pumps seem to be available currently. We are making do, but I have to spray the filter with the hose a couple of times a day. Filters are expensive and difficult to find. Would not have chosen this pool, but it was the only one available that was not extremely over priced. My kids are happy with it, though.
