I was really surprised by this product. The build quality was much better than I was expecting. Assembly was easy and everything you needed was provided! The strider actually does work standing and sitting. I personally prefer it standing because it works your abs and legs/hips. It is much quieter than I expected too. My husband or I can’t hear it in the opposite room (or downstairs) when one of us is using it. Bonus that it accommodates large and small feet. I’m a 6.5 shoe and my husband is a 13. I would definitely recommend especially for small spaces and apartments because of the low noise/impact!

I’ll start by saying that I was expecting to be easier to ride on the machine but that has got be a 100% with my core strength and balance…easy solution is to hold my hand into something for support while I get ahold of it. I love this for a single reason…this is not my TO GO workout but it’s my choice on those days where I didn’t have time to go to the gym or on a walk and I want to complete my daily movement. I tried this product for a month and my legs have never looked more toned in my entire life. I’ve had all of my friends use this when they come over and they love the good workout it gives. I am obsessed.

This is a very easy to use machine. It’s small and compact I can move it from one room to another making it very convenient. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my physique since using.

Really enjoy using this for a quick effortless workout. It has potential to get you some noticeable results with continuous use and maybe some additional modifications to your workout (think adding weights or other full body movements). Love that it is so compact and I can use it while working at my desk. However that does come with a bit of a compromise the stride size. For me it took me a little longer to get used to the shorter stride and wish it was just slightly bigger. But that increase would make it less compact which is the selling point. All in all it serves a purpose and it's convenient. I would recommend it for anyone working from home.

The assembly process was very easy and smooth. Everything was instructed properly and all tools/bolts were included. The machine itself takes a bit to get use to it’s hard to balance. It’s great if you have something to hold on to I think it will be ideal for a standing desk. It’s a bit unnatural to use while sitting. I like to use this while watching TV it passes time and before I know it I’m done with my daily workout. It’s small and easy to store away if needed. I can really feel a burn in my thighs and calves. I would recommend for those with balance and definitely not for kids under 12 and elderly as it may be dangerous for those two group to navigate.

When I receive this for free to sample from Influenster I was ecstatic. I put it together. It took me about 35 minutes. I was so excited to try it. The minute I stepped on it and started exercising. I almost hurt myself severely. This machine is unstable and poorly made. It is not worth the price. I would recommend you to shop elsewhere.

It was a surprise that I received one of this lower body cardio workout machine from a campaign.I am building my home gym so I can cancel my gym membership. I've got all the dumbbell and barbells just looking for some machines to diversify my exercises. This machine is really well made very sturdy and i know for a fact will last very long. It helps me with my lower body cardio exercises. There are 2 modes to workout standing and sitting. I will need some time to adjust and adapt with the exercises from this machine.

I cannot always make it to the gym due the the hours changing and at my job and the gym! But having this makes me feel a lot better about working out at home. I have a apartment so this is great for the kitchen while cooking. The assembly wasn’t too bad did make a mistake at first but took minutes to fix.

Literally every time I sit down to work I pedal. Without even hesitating. I work a lot so having this under my desk helps me get movement in even when I don’t think I have time. Highly recommend!

I received this product for free from Influenster and Stamina In Motion in exchange for a honest review. I let my mom use it so she could try it as she has leg problems. So this was perfect product for her to try. As someone with chronic pain the Jim intimidates her so having small equipment like this is a wonderful option. If you are under 250 pounds you can stand to exercise with the stability bar in the rear. We are new to the machine so required a chair in front to balance this will get easier overtime. For the seated movement the stabilizer bar should be in the front. She didn’t read the directions at first and found the foot angle to hurt her so trust me on this and read the manual when she use the seated position correctly it was so much better. My mom quickly did 10 miles and under 30 minutes and let me tell you she doesn’t work out regularly the machine is quiet and move so smoothly. It also weighs about 30 pounds and didn’t move on my low pile carpet. She did use the MUUV app out it recommended however it was more of a guessing game the app wanted to keep a certain pace but the machine doesn’t tell you your speed/pace. I just slow down and sped up trying to keep an even pace Part for storage it fits under the coffee table. Out of sight but easily pulled out to use and no one can trip over it it’s also compact so we’ll never act as a clothing hanger. She loves this project and plans on getting one for her house.

As a very active person in and out of the gym this isn’t for me. It doesn’t give me the kind of exercise I am looking for. I do like how small it is and can be stored easily in my apartment. I can see myself using it on really rainy/cold/lazy days if I’m going stir crazy but not for a regular exercise
