The Hydrofarm Active Air 4-Inch Hydroponic In-line Fan is an excellent tool for providing ventilation and cooling to indoor grow rooms.

In-line fans work with other tools, including grow lights, to create a successful growing environment. They help eliminate odors and help with temperature control. This fan circulates air at a rate of 165 cubic feet per minute; as a general rule, it’s advised the air in a grow room recirculate at least once a minute.

This in-line fan has a quiet operation and its ceramic-coated metal housing and molded impeller are built to last a long time. Mounting brackets are included so you can install this fan wherever you need it.

The fan also is adaptable to other ventilation needs, whether in bathrooms, attics or other spaces.

Also included in the package is the Hydrofarm ACSC Inline Fan Speed Controller, which was designed especially for centrifugal fans. This means it will help prevent damage to fan motors, ensuring longer live for the motor. It will correctly and precisely adjust the speed of centrifugal fans without causing the motor to hum. These controllers are more sensitive than any on the market, and are compact and built to last.
