I am very happy I came across this AIREX Elite gym physical therapy/yoga mat. It is very soft and sturdy and great for exercise therapy yoga and more. Lightweight but strong enough to keep you padded during your workout or yoga. Easy to carry around and easy to store. I would indeed recommend.

I recieved this complementary in exchange for my honest review. I am 34 and wrecked my ankles playing sports so my ankles are weak. I have a 10 year old gymnast and it is essential for her to work on balance/ankle strength. This AIREX balance pad is absolutely wonderful for me and my daughter. 15 minutes a day has strengthened my ankles and improved her balance! She's level 3 and this pad was challenging for her as well as me. You can also jump on the pad which is really fun! The whole family loves this pad and after a month of daily use it looks and feels like new so high quality. It's compact enough to slide under the bed. I definitely recommend this product for balance training.

This Airex yoga pad is really supportive. For only being a couple inches thick the support you get from this is incredible. You can put all your weight into it and it remains cushioned but you don't feel like it's getting thin. It's very soft and dense. I actually got this from my husband who works on airplanes and is always on his knees or squatting down or bending in weird positions. They make special mats for his type of work but none of them have offered him the soft support that he gets from this yoga pad. It's got a good amount of weight to it so it stays in the position you put it in. On any type of floor. It stays where you put it. It's the perfect size and easy to store. It's made very well and the material seems like it's made to last. It would take a long time for it to deteriorate. It kinda heals itself from any damage. Meaning scratches just kinda disappear and the material just bounces back. It's easy to clean and care for. This is definitely high quality and made to last.

The padding inside is so comfy it makes exercise and yoga so easily accessible with the Airex elite gym foam it makes exercise worth it.
