The platform is well designed and adjustable to 4 6 or 8 inches tall. It is very stable and has a good grip. The feet can be stored underneath the platform when not in use. It feels very durable and should last a long time.

Durable and stable

I received this platform trainer from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I was so excited to receive this product because I recently increased my focus on working out. This step platform trainer is incredibly durable and stable so I don’t need to worry about my safety. I move it from room to room so i can incorporate stepping up and down throughout my day. It’s compact enough to keep in my home office near my standing desk so I can get some steps in when i work from home. High quality!

Sturdy platform riser! Good addition to workout equipment at home

I was quite impressed with the sturdiness of this product. Although it’s made of plastic it’s really sturdy and not wobbly at all. It seemed safe to stand on and step up and down on with all the risers being used. It’s really cool because the riser are stored underneath the platform part making it very convenient and saves space for storing the riser.

This is a durable and dependable aerobic step platform that is sturdy and stable. I couldn’t be more pleased with my BalanceFrom Fitness Aerobic Step Platform. It measures in at 31 inches in length and 11.5 inches in width. It also comes with platform raisers that allow for 3 different heights based on your needs. Its versatility allows you to use the raisers to adjust the height of the platform by 4 6 or 8 inches tall. The raisers can be attached to the base of the platform based on need. Although the raisers easily attach to the base I will say that it was a slight struggle to separate the raisers as they don’t easily come off. It was a lot of effort to shimmy them off so to speak. I appreciate that the surface is nonslip and textured so it helps with maintaining good grip. It also has good shock absorbency which helps with impact on the joints. It’s made of ABS plastic so it’s very lightweight while also being strong tough and durable. I also appreciate the built in storage compartments and how I can store the raisers underneath the platform when not in use. Overall this aerobic platform has great length is lightweight for handling and very convenient for storage. Taking away a star because of the amount of effort required to disassemble the risers.
