I’m absolutely in love with these bands. I sometimes have rushed workouts because of work and kids. These really help me feel like my leg/arm days are pushed to the max. I tried the glute ones and they will definitely be used every time from now on. They are really easy to put on and adjust. They do get tight but not in an uncomfortable way. I really didn’t think they would make a noticeable difference but they definitely do. I would highly recommend these.

My husband is very active and likes to use BFR bands. He was excited to try this. The bands fit great and he didn't have any issues with adjustment. They held up very well with his work outs and easy to wash.

When I got this product I am not going to lie. I had no idea what I was really doing but I am on a quest to improve my overall health and that includes stepping out of my comfort zone. And boy was this a LEAP. After finding some videos on how to correctly use this product I was able to use them and incorporate them into my life And have seen great results. I cannot recommend this product.

My son is so hyped about these new BFR bands. What are BFR bands? Well they are bands used when exercising and/or working out to help build bigger muscles. They are great for arms legs flutes etc. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is interested in building bigger muscles in their arms and legs.

Durable

I tried these out several times at my gym and had to ask a staff member how to use them because they didn’t come with detailed information-instructions. They were easy to put on and use. I can even tell a difference after using them the last few weeks I have had them. I use the leg ones most of all. I also love the fact they are unisex and my husband can use them too! Very sturdy and well made. These BFR bands are a great product in my opinion!

Great option for extra pump

While I was going to rehab my trainer use air-inflated straps. I had never seen them before but the results were impressive. I picked these up as a more affordable option and am very happy with how they are working out.
