Bosu Multi Functional Home Gym 26" Original Balance Strength Board, Matte Black

Love this product. Super easy to set up. All I had to do was bump air in the back side of the black flare piece. Product comes with small hand pump and plugs for the exercise ball. I was able to pump it up in a minute or two. I really liked using this balance board in my daily workout. Love that I can use it for a couple different workout moves.

I got this for my daughter who does both dance and cheerleading. She was picked to be a flyer this year and she uses it to practice standing on one leg while extending her other leg. This helps her to mimic flying while at home

I've been using this Bosu Multi functional home gym equipment for a few weeks now and it is perfect. I use this device to help train my balance and for core/ ab workout exercises. This is compact enough to store when not in use. Effective enough to use everyday or for most exercises.

With limited instructions setup was really simple. A fun addition to workout routine with so many options. It doesn't take a lot of space so simple enough to set aside but get back out when ready to go. Possibilities are endless.

I have never tried this type of a home gyme balance trainer however I love this! I have had balance issues since radiation but this is helping me regain my balance every day. It's great for so much more! Helps tone strenthen and improve flexibility!

This Balance Ball is great! It really is made well and has some weight to it. It comes with an air pump and (2) plugs.

I'm so excited to have this BOSU balance trainer especially coming up on ski season soon. I downloaded the exercise poster provided from the BOSU website/mentioned in the packaging for extra inspiration. So far I've been doing a lot of my normal exercises with this (push ups squats lunges abs) and it's really challenged me! I'm excited to start with more dynamic exercises soon to better emulate the challenges of skiing too. I feel like so many more muscles (in my feet ankles legs) engage just from standing on this while doing other exercises too. It fits under my bed when not in use so easy to store. It was easy to pump up when I got it and it feels super durable.

This balance strength trainer has upped the quality of my home workouts. I use this for a variety of different targeted areas. This is a great size & holds a great amount of weight (I’m not the tiniest person!) definitely recommend adding this to your home fitness equipment

This Bosu Ball has so many great exercise functions. You can literally do tons of different workouts on it. It’s durable and the material on it as solid as well so you don’t have to worry about it deflating or popping easily.
