Putting it together was fairly simple and straightforward. It’s sturdy and holds all my supplies I use for art. It’s easy to clean too. I would recommend it for anyone looking to organize their belongings.

This product didn’t come with the right the size sleeves to hold the rack so it’s not usable. There was no way to use the second shelf at all because of this.

This was super easy to assemble; it is also solid and sturdy; I use it as a shelf for plants in front of a window. But could be useful in a variety of ways

Assembly went smoothly; it only took a few minutes. It’s very light weight and pretty sturdy. I believe it’s a shoe rack but the only downside is it doesn’t hold very much.

This would’ve been a great and sturdy shelf if I had been able to actually put it together. In the packaging to put it together the pieces I received to attach to the legs of the shelf to hold the upper shelf didn’t fit the legs so they just slid right off because they were too big. Therefore I couldn’t even put it together.

The pieces didn't fit so I was unable to assemble the rack. It appears the poles were too narrow and also the clamp pieces did not fit so there did not appear to be any way for the rack to be assembled.

I was excited to get my shelf. I did have a problem putting it together. It had the wrong size clips in it. I texted and was sent another unit. It had the same problem. I then called the company. They were aware of the problem. The manufacturer had put the wrong parts in each box. They sent me new clips and I was able to put the unit together. Since I was sent 2 I stacked it. I chose to put it in my kitchen and place pots on it I love it! Patience paid off.

This is a really good shelf and it’s easier to assembly and can hold a lot of storage!! The color is cute and pretty and pretty much easy to bring around

First the good news....These shelves are very cute lend themselves to multiple use possibilities and Meshworks has excellent customer service (shoutout to Chris - hope I spelled your name correctly. True hero of this company) I know this about their wonderful customer service because I had to call Meshworks twice. Let me backtrack... When the shelves arrived I was very excited. They had simple one-page directions which required no special tools. Okay! Let's do this ! Newshelf rack should be assembled in no time... Unfortunately no. After working and working to put the parts together we simply could not assemble them. We finally consulted a neighbor who works in manufacturing and he alerted us to the fact that we had parts that were the incorrect size. In other words as he put it You are never going to be able to put this together. There was a little bit of relief knowing it wasn't justour incompetence hahaha. Then we sprung into problem solving mode. Let's track down the number to MeshWorks and call them. Enter the lovely Chris. Immediately she knew the pieces we were talking about and the problem with putting together the shelves. MeshWorks promptly sent us the proper replacement parts. I'm happy to report that if you have the correct parts the shelves do in fact come together quickly and are quite attractive. Now comes phone call number two. We didn't notice until the very end (and if you look closely in the picture you can see this - because we haven't yet received this second replacement part although I'm confident it's on the way - again - excellent customer service) one of the finishing pieces was just slightly the wrong size. So although the shelves are functional and almost completely assembled we are waiting on this final little piece to arrive in the proper size. I would have given these shelves all the stars because I do really like them and conversely I would have taken off more stars because of the two incorrect part challenges but as time-consuming and a bit frustrating as the process was having such wonderful customer service really made up for some of the inconvenience and problems.

I was really looking forward to using this product but when I got it and tried to assemble it the clips were not the right size. The clips that they gave me were for legs that were much larger than the legs on this shelf. There was an 800 number to call if there was an issue so I called and requested the correct clips which they sent me. After receiving the correct size clips I try to assemble the shelving unit and the clips just kept falling apart and opening up no matter what we tried to do. We finally got it assembled and it was so wobbly and if you put any pressure at all on it even if just a pair of shoes the clips opened up and they shelves fell. The shelving itself is nice and if it would stay together it would be perfect for my needs but unfortunately it’s unusable the way the clips are made!

I’ve been needing a new shelf in my garage and this one worked out perfect very sturdy and now I feel like I am more organized..it was easy to put together as well

This shelf was very easy to construct just snap the pieces in place. I didn’t expect the mesh shelf to be good metal which I love. I know it’s going to be sturdy and hold up over time. It’s very spacious u can fit about 3pairs up to 4 on the rack. It even fits boxes plus it’s small enough to fit into almost any space.

I’m giving this 2 stars because it seems like it would be a nice sturdy shoe shelf—if I could use it. I don’t know if I was sent the wrong leg size or the wrong sized clips but either way they don’t fit so there’s nothing to hold the shelves in place. The instructions are sort of vague and the QR code sends you to a YouTube video that is more of an advertisement than a tutorial. I searched for other reviews on different sites and this seems to be a common complaint from customers- missing or incorrect parts. I wouldn’t recommend this product sadly.

This looked like a nice shoe rack that i was excited to receive! However the directions were extremely confusing and the shelf clips were too big for the pole received. Even tried to YouTube the assembly and no luck. Not sure if I received the wrong size poles or the wrong size clips but there was no pieces to hold the pole in place. Some parts were included that weren’t even mentioned in the directions. Will be throwing away unfortunately

This shoe rack is pretty convenient and holds around 8 pairs of shoes! I put mine in the garage for easy access. And since it’s pretty sturdy you can definitely use it store others things as well.
