I got this for my son who is a high school senior and is varsity wrestler. It really helps with speed but the thing I think it does the most is helping with hand/eye coordination! This is something that really builds cardio also! One of the most important things for an athlete. Would highly recommend this product! Product is also very well made to last!!

Very good bag platform for a home gym!! My husband and son were able to put this up - definitely not a one person job! You need one person to hold it while you are mounting it. Unfortunately the mounting wood included is too thin so they needed to buy new thicker wood. Be aware that they do not include mounting hardware which is Ok since there are different configurations depending on your need but just need to be aware of this. Of course you will need tools to assemble and install - just to be mindfull of this too. They are very pleased with the finished installation and product - seems very sturdy.

We were looking for a great way to mix up our cardio with a limited space. We've used heavy bags in the past but they just take up too much space. Insert the *Everlast Adjustable Wooden Swivel Speedbag Platform* (note: speedbag needs to be purchased separately). Installation: It took me about ~20 minutes to get the whole thing put together using only the tools that it came with. A huge plus to have included tools and minimal directions for installation. Mounting: You don't need to worry too much about how tall you are (or your partner) as it's ADJUSTABLE meaning you can raise and lower it. I'm ~5.10 and my wife is ~5.4. It works perfectly for both of us. We bolted it directly into 2x4 studs and it's incredibly sturdy. Use: Once we got the speedbag of choice in the mail simply air it up clip it in and get after it. We fell in love with this! We can use it in our gym and keep mixing up our exercises. We now work out together and take turns on the speedbag. The biggest win for me IMO is that even thought you're beating up on this bag that's bolted into your 2x4s you cannot hear any commotion throughout the rest of the house which is very important for us as we have a 1.5 year old who needs their morning sleep. And early morning is the only time we can work out. This thing is for ANYONE who is interested in some great fullbody workouts looking for an affordable solution and who needs to save floor space. We highly recommend it and the holidays are just around the corner so get yours now!
