Essential to any home gym

The training bag was extremely easy to put together to start. Once together and filled with sand it stays put wherever it's at. It has enough cushion for you to be able to use bare hands going about 50-70% power. So far I have had no issues with the bag and I use it for pretty much every circuit training session.My wife's little brother also likes getting training on the bag (he's 10). I love how I can bring it down to his high for him to get his rounds in but bring it up for me to show him different techniques.
