FCMP Outdoor HOTFROG 37 Gallon Dual Body Rotating Tumbling Composter Bin, Green

This is a very solid built dual bucket composter! It is easy to use to get all of the stuff you need in. My kids love getting stuff to put in there. We haven’t gotten our first load of compost yet but we are well on our way. Turning the compost is so simple and quick too!

Thanks to Hotfrog and Influenster for providing me with this composter for free in exchange for my review!I’ve always wanted to get into composting. This unit is large and super easy to move everything around since it rotates. We didn’t check inside the barrels for the instructions and had some trouble getting the pieces to fit together correctly. Once we got it put together it was very easy to use. I throw in all my kitchen scraps (chopped up) and coffee grounds. So easy!

The instruction booklet is hidden within one of the wheels! Don’t make the mistake I did and just use the tiny sheet of paper. It took me several frustrating attempts to build this and then I finally found the full instructions within the wheel. You’ll need extra tools (screwdriver ratchet) and maybe a buddy to build this. The composter is nice and compliments my city compost pickup since this isn’t meant for dairy and meat products. I haven’t noticed any odor. Can’t wait to use the dirt for gardening!

I was pretty excited about this product. When it came it seemed simple enough to put together. The legs were a little tricky to get configured correctly. There wasn't much in the way of instructions we thought. Got it all put together and spun the composter. Surprise! Guess what was tucked inside? The instructions! This far we've loaded one side of the composter with various garden scraps and produce scraps. Things haven't broken down to be usable yet but it's been very easy to open and close. And easy to spin. My kids love loading it and spinning it. Overall hopeful its a good addition to our garden and green efforts.

Easy to put together seems very durable. It’s pretty big and has two compartments. It should take about 2-8 weeks to have mature compost depending on the temperature. It shouldn’t smell if you rotate it to let the airflow going.

It took some work to figure out how to put it together. Fortunately we had an 11 year old to figure it out. Once together it’s a pretty awesome device with huge capacity! I love the two chambers that allow us to be constantly processing compost. My vegetables will be very happy this spring.

I received this for free from Influenster and the brand for my honest opinion. This composter bin is very durable the plastic is thick and it looks great. I like the fact that it has two separate bins. It's easy to use and is definitely a game changer. I am very happy with this product.

This is a great composter. It is easy to assemble. There are 2 barrels so once your first side is starting to break down you can add new material to the new side. It’s easy to spin and the Start and Finish doors can be switched once you empty one side of compost and your Start side is now your old or Finish side. My only suggestion is to make the green doors easier to slide. It’s hard to get a good grip on them and I have to use a lot of strength to slide the doors open. This composter fits quite a bit also. As a family we filled one side with our kitchen scraps and cardboard in about 2 weeks.

We were just talking about needing a composter and here this comes! It's so easy to put together like insanely easy. So far so good we have been going to town filling it up and my kids are having a blast being able to turn it. All in all amazing

Easy to put together. It took me 15 minutes. It spins very nicely. Looks like there is a lot of space inside each rotating compartment it will definitely be very handy to our composting game this summer.

I love the composter. The dual double bin is convenient for creating two piles. The labeling is a little strange with start to end/finish. Good size and good solid construction.

Okay so this is a really cool idea! I love that in can basically turn trash into soil. However it is big. So it takes up some space and the decomposing process takes about a week.

This is an outstanding dual tumbling composter. It’s incredible because I can start one side of compost and once it’s finished I can continue on the second side. I love how it rotates and allows air in the compost and it seals very well it was extremely easy to put together And very high-quality material. Nothing flimsy about this. It also came with very good instructions on how to compost correctly completely happy with this Hotfrog composter!!!!!

It would be 5 stars but I’m not gonna lie the instructions were a bit lacking in detail and after initially making it too narrow I figured out how to do it properly. My girls helped me put it together and we are so excited to learn about composting. I love that it has two barrels so I’m not feeling obligated to try and make an enormous batch in one go. It looks neat and the quality is top notch. Super heavy duty plastic but still lightweight enough to mover around easily. It really feels like it will last for years.
