Fitvids 10 lb Ruck Weight Plate, Cast Iron Training Weight for Strength Training

Add straightforward resistance to walking, rucking, running, and strength-focused routines with the Fitvids 10 lb Cast Iron Ruck Weight Plate. Designed for compatible backpacks and fitness setups, this single 10 lb plate provides a compact way to increase training load during loaded walks, conditioning sessions, and home workouts without requiring a large equipment setup.

The plate is made from solid cast iron with a black painted finish for a clean, simple appearance. Its no-logo design keeps the look minimal, while the solid construction provides the weighted feel expected from cast iron training equipment. The compact size also makes it easier to incorporate into routines where users want additional resistance without carrying bulky free weights.

A wide, smooth handle gives users a convenient grip for carrying, loading, and removing the plate. The handle can also make it easier to reposition the weight between exercises. Its square shape and rounded edges are designed to fit inside compatible backpacks, including standard laptop compartments or elastic interior pockets when the bag dimensions allow.

Use it for rucking, loaded walking, running, squats, swings, strength exercises, and general fitness routines. It can be added to compatible backpacks for outdoor conditioning or incorporated into home workouts as a simple handheld resistance option.

The single-plate format makes it useful for users building a basic rucking setup or adding another weight option to an existing training routine. Its combination of cast iron construction, wide handle, square profile, rounded edges, and compact dimensions supports versatile use across walking, conditioning, and strength-focused workouts.
