Fitvids 12 lb Dumbbell Weights Set, 1/2/3 lb Pairs with Hand Straps for Training

Add light resistance to everyday fitness routines with the Fitvids 6-Piece Soft Hand Weights Set. The set includes 2 each of 1 lb, 2 lb, and 3 lb weights for a total of 12 lb, giving you multiple weight options for walking, running, yoga, Pilates, dumbbell exercises, and other low-weight training routines at home or on the go.

Each hand weight is filled with iron sand and wrapped in a soft outer construction designed to feel more flexible in the hand than a traditional rigid dumbbell. Integrated hand straps help keep the weights more secure while moving, making them practical for activities that involve continuous motion such as walking, jogging, or treadmill sessions.

The 3 weight levels make it easy to choose lighter or heavier resistance depending on the exercise. Use the 1 lb pair for gentle movement or longer sessions, move up to the 2 lb pair for added resistance, or use the 3 lb pair when you want a more challenging option for controlled arm, wrist, and upper-body exercises.

Compact sizing also makes the lighter weights convenient to carry in a backpack or fitness bag for workouts away from home. The Blue, Pink, and Black color assortment helps distinguish the different weights at a glance, while the encased no-roll design provides a practical alternative to standard hard-shell dumbbells.

Whether you are adding resistance to walking, practicing yoga or Pilates, performing home workouts, or following physical therapy exercises, the Fitvids 6-Piece Soft Hand Weights Set provides 3 weight options in 1 compact 12 lb set.
