Fitvids 30 lb Ruck Weight Plate, Cast Iron Training Weight for Strength Training

Add resistance to walking, hiking, conditioning, and strength routines with the Fitvids Ruck Weight Plate. Designed for compatible rucksacks and backpacks, this 30 lb training weight gives users a simple way to build intensity without a full gym setup.

The square-style plate is made for backpack loading during weighted walks, hikes, runs, and conditioning sessions. Its rounded edges help it fit into compatible laptop-style compartments or elastic interior pockets, making it practical for rucking and pack-based training.

A two-handle design helps support easier carrying, loading, unloading, and workout setup. Use the handles when moving the plate between your pack, storage area, and workout space. The low-profile 1-inch thickness also helps the plate sit inside compatible packs without adding unnecessary bulk.

Made from iron, the plate delivers a solid weighted feel for regular training. It can be used for rucking, weighted walking, hiking, cardio routines, squats, carries, strength training, and home exercises.

With its 30 lb weight, square-style shape, two-handle design, rounded edges, iron construction, and backpack-compatible profile, the Fitvids Ruck Weight Plate is a practical option for rucking, conditioning, weighted cardio, and strength training.
