Inconsitency with customer service

I love vminnovations, huge selection, speedy delivery, little hassles. My issue with it is the customer service employees. Most are very sweet, helpful, and show they are there to serve you. I often get a female, I think her name is Candy. She always goes above and beyond. Most of the men are nice. But for every 10 times I call I get 2 or 3 men who act soooo put out that you are bothering them. They don't want to help, and are just generally annoyed that a customer is bothering them in customer service. It does make me not want to shop here often, because you never know who you are going to get. Somebody mean? Or somebody nice? I am sure they are all trained the same, but some like to be crabby for their pay.
