Engineered for strength, versatility, and performance, this premium diffuser combines rugged steel construction with a highly functional perforated face design to deliver reliable air distribution in commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The unit features a flush, removable face that is secured with concealed latches and hinges, ensuring a clean, modern aesthetic with no visible fasteners. Designed for maximum flexibility, the face can be installed in any orientation, simplifying installation across a wide range of applications.
At the core of the diffuser is a molded fiberglass backpan, available in R6 insulation rating, providing excellent thermal performance and energy efficiency. The diffuser is compatible with a variety of collar types, supporting 6" to 14" unique tab collars (6400 series) and 6" to 16" snap-in collars (5400 and 5400PP series). For added convenience, it also accepts standard spin-in collars, giving installers the freedom to work with existing system components.
The integrated steel frame includes four seismic safety connection points, meeting stringent building code requirements for structural integrity in seismic zones.
