Hayward CX1280XREPAK4 Replacement Cartridge Element for Hayward SwimClear Filter

I never received the product so I cannot leave a rating. I was not able to install or rate the installation process. No rating to give in performance durability or compatibility. Wish I would have received the products but not this time.

It never arrived I wrote to the Costumer Service and I never received a response that what I wanted was for the task to be removed because it affected me but their response was that the campaign had been closed so they thought I wanted them to send me another and they told me it was lost look to see when it arrives and that's what it was all about

This was my last year using a cartridge filter so I maybe a bit more jaded than someone who has used cartridge filters and had good results. We have had 3 different above pools over the last 16 years. All 3 had Hayward filters. I’ve purchased a new pool each time we’ve moved. My first pool had no trees and a sand filter. It was easy to maintain. No issues. The second pool I had a LOT of trees and we had constant issues with clear water using a cartridge filter. The house we live in now has some trees but we had originally sand filter so we did ok. Around July my sand filter needed replacing so I put back on the Hayward cartridge filter. I had this brand and the Hayward cartridges so I can compare both. There is absolutely no difference whatsoever between the two brands of cartridges other than the plastic color. If you have a cartridge filter and like how it works then these cartridges will work perfectly for you. They’re less expensive and last just as long. If you’re like me and have a lot of debris like leaves and pollen I wouldn’t suggest using any cartridge filters period. I ended up buying new ones because I had to clean them so much they become worn faster. Honestly my review is based on the fact that I can’t seem to use these. I have just switched back to a new Hayward sand filter. If you do have a cartridge filter and like it or just don’t want to buy a sand filter these cartridges are exactly the same and the name brand.

I wish i could leave a different review but I never received my product. Not sure if others received theirs or not. I was looking forward to replacing my pool filters.

This didn’t work for our pool it seemed like a solid filterAnd seemed to be of good quality it was packaged well and had firm solid quality. I would look into this brand for sure

I have t gotten this yet I hope soon ! Anybody else like it or have it ?? Excited for this to come ! I hope it’s worth the wait lol it’s a good value of money

works well and affordable. it lasts longer than the other filters and is suitable to use for different pools I like how it keeps the water clean after being filtered. Using this for some time now. love them

We have been using this product for years having more on hand is great because the product can be costly but never will run out. This is a must have for all pool owners

The Hayward replacement cartridge for my swim filter was excellent for me! Great quality worked perfectly and looks to be reasonably priced! Will consider this again on the future
