Great for home workout

These weights are great for exercising at home. There are 3 different weights coded by color. 3 is pink 5 is green and 8 is orange so you know exactly what your grabbing. They also have this handy stand to place them on.

Great weights

Working out from home is something I love to do especially when the gym is packed with people. Thanks to HolaHatha I can curl 3 5 and 8 Pound Dumbbells without having to make the trip to the crowded gym. They even come with a convenient storage rack! These things are great for building and toning muscles and I can do a range of different exercises with them: aerobics bicep curls lunges kickbacks and more. They are pretty small with a nice rubberized texture which makes them easy to grip unlike the gym weights which have bulkier handles. The storage rack has hex-shaped ends which will stop the dumbbells from rolling away after you're done with the weights. The weights are made out of high-quality cast iron and include (2) 3-pound (2) 5-pound and (2) 8-pound weights. I love these weights so much!

Perfect for conditioning

I got this set because I am not a heavy lifter and there are certain exercises where I need weight but my home gym weights are too heavy. These are perfect if you are looking to tone recondition or physical therapy. They would not be ideal for someone pursuing heavier lifting.

Easy to grip great dumbbells!

This dumbbell hand weight set is fantastic! It was very easy to put the stand together with just ten screws. It is a very sturdy stand that doesn’t tip over. The hex shaped weights are easy to grip and they won’t roll away during my workout. The weights have a non slip grip surface and even if my hands get sweaty I am not afraid of dropping them. The colors are vibrant and fit well in my gym area. I like the variety of the 8lb 5lb and 3 lb weights. Perfect for toning my arms. This set is high quality. I did add small felt stickers to the bottom of the rack to protect the floor. I highly recommend these barbells. Pros: non slip grip easy to put together stand sturdy stand great variety of weights beautiful and vibrant colors. Solid weights to last. Cons: Bottom didn’t have non scratching floor protection.
