The Hydrofarm Active Air In-line Fan Speed Controller was designed especially to work with centrifugal fans. By controlling the fan’s speed and noise level, this controller will help prevent damage to fan motors, ensuring a longer life for the motor. However you’re using the fan, from ventilating plants in a grow room to cooling yourself at your desk to keeping air moving in your kitchen or baby’s nursery

The controller plugs into a 3-prong wall outlet, and the fan plugs into the controller for a simple, quick setup. Note that this product is meant for use with brushless motors and all Hydrofarm Active Air in-line fans, not booster fans.
