The Hydrofarm MTMDU 60x21 inch Seedling Heat Mat is re-engineered for better performance and greater durability. The new, stronger heating wire and thicker multi-layer construction offer more uniform heating and the durability to withstand rugged greenhouse environments. The waterproof construction means you don't have to worry about splashing when watering your plants with the rugged and durable waterproof connectors.

The bottom heat of the MTMDU seedling heat mat is a very important and effective way to increase germination and rooting. It will help you maximize your growing area by letting you daisy chain up to 4 of the MTMDA add-on units. These heavy-duty modular commercial heat mats will provide uniform heat for hundreds of seedlings or cuttings. Warms root area 10-20°F over ambient temperature to improve germination.

Plug into the Digital Heat Mat Thermostat (MTPRTC sold separately) and is required.
