I always read the description of the product in detail as well as the reviews, before making a purchase. I received excatly what I was expecting and I have no complains. Very happy with my purchase. If I would’ve been influenced by some of the negative reviews that were kind of obvious were due to people not reading, I would have missed a great deal on the Intex Salt Water System. In my particular case I knew the product was in a brown (previously open) box, not used. Nothing was missing and came in perfect condition. I’m glad I took my chances.

missing part!

I purchased an “open box” of Intex 2100gph Krystal Clear Saltwater System and Sand Filter combo unit. Unfortunately after opening and assembling the pump, I discovered that the entire saltwater generator part was missing from the unit. Two weeks later and at least 2 hours of time on phone calls with both VM Innovations (Spreetail) and Intex have not resulted in receiving the missing part. I have had to bypass the saltwater system with a ziplok bag and electrical tape to use the pump with chlorine. This is not what I ordered and paid for. I had trusted this retailer because I had purchased from them before, and I have had Intex pools and pumps for 10 years. I can’t believe they will not send me the part that they omitted from the package. I will not be ordering from this retailer in the future.
