For added protection, this model features a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) which prevents circuit overloads. The powerful V Trap Vac cleaner system works with your filter pump (800 GPH or more) allowing you to clean your pool with a minimum of effort. Remove sand, dirt, leaves, twigs and debris quickly and easily from your pool with the efficient V Trap. Connects directly to your new Intex filter pump!

New for 2012, the GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter) feature on the 2500 GPH pump provides additional safety and protection. Your pump will shut off automatically if the electrical current is exposed to water. Please note, the previous Intex model 56633E does not include this additional feature.
