Just hook up hoses and plug in! This pump is a must have for any above ground pool(Partial assembly required). Hydro Aeration Technology improves circulation and filtration, improves water clarity, and increases negative ions in the water.
This sand pump features a powerful motor, 6-function control, and a built-in automatic timer. The pool pump's built-in 24-hour timer comes with 2 to 12 hour pre-set cycles for automatic operation; Timer adds to the hassle-free experience with maintaining a cleaner pool for you. It meets the UL standards as Intex designs, builds, and tests all its products to the highest standards with safety being the first order of business, and is an excellent upgrade to the filter cartridge system on your Intex Above Ground Swimming Pool. This filter works with pools that are easily set with a metal frame, and ultra frame, up to 17,200 gallons.

Being gifted this pool filter from Influenster in exchange for my thoughts I was pleased. I tried initially to set the system up to my above ground pool and needed assistance from my boys.
