Ready for Summer! Love the tubes, bought 13 so we can take friends in the river when they visit. ...

All 13 tubes were of good quality. One was missing a rope, but I haven't had time to contact VM, I know they would take care of it though.

Good product just small complaint

Had 2 orders of 2 tubes each. Great product, fast shipping, good price. Vminnovations even provided excellent aid. Placed 1 order of 2 tubes, and a few days later after receiving order decided to order another set. Went back on site and product price had increased significantly. Called customer rep and they gave me 2nd order at price I paid for first order. Great customer service Only complaint is rope that surrounds tube, was broken on 2 out of the 4 tubes purchased, no fault of Vminnovations.

River Fun!

We just used the River Run tubes for the first time yesterday.  We floated a 4.4 mile stretch of a local river where the water type was fairly evenly split between easy rapids and smooth water.  The tubes performed great.  We hit a few submerged rocks and the tubes were no worse for the wear.  The ride took 2.5 hours and we were never uncomfortable or felt unstable or in danger.  The netted bottom helped slide over those rocks without subjecting our bottoms to hard hits.  Handles were handy as was the rope ring around the tube.  I like the dual air valve, opening the upper cap to inflate without losing what is already in the tube and the lower cap for rapid deflation.  I am a firefighter with advanced swift water rescue certification so safety and durability are important to me and was very pleased at how the River Run tubes performed.  We floated with life jackets as everyone riding in a river should.  We'll pick up a couple more to take friends next time!

Awesome Tube

This Was a great Buy. I am a strong believer in you get what you pay for and to be Honest the cheap cost of only about 18$ per had me a little concerned. Well to set those minds that think like me at ease these tubes are awesome. I am a very big man (for now) over 350lbs. and what makes it worse is I and very top heavy with a long torso so when I go to sit in tubes they are known to flip me over backwards with ease. Not the case with this tube, now I can enjoy the waterpark all year with my kids and hopefully shed some of this weight off. The one thing that did happen but I would not read to much into it is the netting on the bottom came off. Taking into account I am huge......and my Son and nephew( not big but play very rough) were jumping in it I cant blame intex for the netting coming loose. Plus the tube is still very functional without the net.

Great quality

Bought these two for our pool in the backyard.  Was leary about quality, but the specified thickness was at least partially reassuring that this wasn't some cheapo sandwich bag typo of stuff.
Got it the day after ordering (I live an hour from them) and was very impressed by the quality of the materials and the inflation 'lock' used on this device.  Its a dual lock on one port.  Use the top lock to fill and the bottom lock (bigger) to release air.  The great thing about the filling lock is that its the type that seals/plugs itself after each fill of air.  So if you're using a manual pump, it will not leak between pumps, and even when you take the pump off it won't lose pressure even if you don't put the lock back on immediately.
The backrest section however is seperate and uses the old type of port that will leak if not close immediately.  But its small and quick to fill, so no biggy.
Great product!
