JK Adams Williston Maple Cutting Board with Juice Groove for Chopping, 16" x 12"

Bring classic Vermont craftsmanship to everyday prep with the JK Adams Williston Maple Cutting Board. Designed for chopping, dicing, mincing, slicing, and carving, this maple board offers a dependable surface for daily kitchen work while bringing the warm, natural character of wood to the countertop.

Handcrafted in Dorset, Vermont from sustainably grown and harvested North American hardwoods, the board reflects JK Adams' long-standing focus on thoughtful kitchen tools made for regular use. The maple surface is finished with mineral oil and beeswax, helping highlight the natural grain while maintaining the simple, timeless look of the Williston collection.

A routed juice groove around the edge helps collect juices during food preparation and carving, making cleanup easier when working with meats, fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients. A hole in the corner also gives you the option to hang the board between uses, adding convenient storage without requiring extra counter or cabinet space.

The generous prep surface supports a wide range of kitchen tasks, from slicing bread and cheese to preparing fruit, vegetables, fish, meat, and charcuterie. Its straightforward rectangular design fits naturally into everyday meal prep, whether you are working through ingredients for a weeknight dinner or setting up food for serving and entertaining.

For care, hand wash the board and follow the recommended wood-care routine to help maintain its surface over time. The JK Adams Williston Maple Cutting Board combines practical function, natural maple, and Vermont-made craftsmanship for everyday kitchen use.
