John Boos Reversible Wood Cutting Board with Juice Groove & Tray, Maple

This cutting board is solid! I’m never going back to anything else. I love the drip tray for runoff. There is a dip to catch any juice but it all slides into the drip tray. I’m absolutely in love. You do have to oil it after each use but it’s worth it for the stunning wood and will last forever.

I love how durable this cutting board is. I love the spot for the metal pan where you can just easily slide things into the metal pan when chopping up veggies or whatever. I love how heavy this is. It doesn’t slide around when you’re using it like the cheaper cutting boards that just slide all over. This is a definite need for your kitchen! 

I LOVE this cutting board. It’s solid and heavy. The oil for it smells amazing. It doesn’t move around there trying to cut on it and I like the fact that the liquids have somewhere to drain to. I’ll definitely be investing in more!

This is a product you don’t have to think about it it is an amazing material I love that is thick and I don’t have to use anything else. It came in with its own oil to barnice too! Size is amazing to be able to use in any place

I love this John Boos cutting board. It's nice and thick and wide. Makes cutting things so much easier. It also has a pan to catch your scrapes with is a plus. I would recommend this to anyone who loves to cook.

I made some steaks thinking it would not fit on the cutting board and to my surprise it fit great. I was so impressed by the quality of the cutting board and how spacious it was to put multiple items. It also has a stainless steel holder for the natural juices to fall so it is leaking like other cutting boards do. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable cutting board.

As a Newton myself I’m SUCH a fan of the Boos Newton Prep Master! Thick block of wood with a cute little tray to slide all your discards into to keep the block organized. Came with a packet of their mystery oil to maintain and preserve the wood surface!

This cutting board is BEAUTIFUL. It is so heavy and well built I know it will last for years. It is the perfect size for prepping several vegetables at a time and I really like the tray to scrape the scraps into. If I had to pick a critique it would be that I wish the tray had notches to slide into because it would make storage easier if it stayed connected to the board but that isn’t a deal breaker.

This...is the most amazing cutting board in the history of ever. It is ENORMOUS and very VERY heavy - but you can carve up a 20-pound turkey without having to risk life and limb dealing with the juice-overflow on it and I love it madly

The John Boos cutting board is very well made. It’s very heavy and sturdy and will last for many years. Taking care of it will be key to its lifespan. It can handle any jobs like cutting meats or vegetables. This cutting board has a convenient metal drawer to catch your food or whatever you don’t want on the board just slide it into the slot on top of the board. The catch tray is metal and is easy to clean and is sanitary. It also came with a packet of their oil to condition when the time comes about a month’s worth of use. I love this board and it will be so very useful for many years I would highly recommend it.

This cutting board is fantastic! The quality is amazing! It’s a very good size and heavy duty. I love the groove on the side to keep juice from leaking off sides. It also has a tray you can slide the unwanted pieces into. I love it!

This cutting board is the perfect size for my kitchen and I absolutely love the metal pan to collect little bits of things I’ve been cutting while cooking!! I’m not used to using the oil it came with to help maintain it but I’m sure I’ll get used to it the more o used the board!
