Will use this tentcot for multiple nite canoe trips. Will be just the ticket for camping closer to the water and be off the damp ground, above the cow patties and rattlesnakes.
Really a plus, for an old man like me is the 19" height off the ground. Makes it much easier being able to swing your legs over the side and put on your pants and boots/shoes.
Would be good if manufacturer had put a couple of ties on top to hold the door flap on the rain fly up out of the way until it was needed. Clear nite and no chance of rain showers/thunderstorms you wouldn't put fly up and thus eliminate condensation problem. If chance of rain your going to put it up just in case. Your sure not going to risk getting up in the middle of the night, in the rain, to put the fly up.
Overall, good product. Just got it Monday and haven't used it outside yet but will try it as soon as the snow drifts are gone and temps get into 60's. I'm old and at this time of my life i don't need the misery. Been there, done that.
