Easier to clean and fill

The ladies love the new waterer! I love the ability to fill it and lug it to the coup with ease. I used to have to take the whole unit but with this design I can take the top part off fill it and bring it back to the base. With three hens they all need their own space to enjoy the water and with this new water they can! Seems to be holding up very well and I only have to fill it once a week. A lot easier to clean than my last one as well

It works

I actually have 4 chickens you can’t see Pom Pom cause she’s so little hiding behind Henrietta. Lol but this was a learning experience using this. When I first I filled it up it kept pouring out and it’s suppose to stop once it hits a certain level (once the water covers the hole) which then is suppose to pour more out when it gets below the hole. But it kept pouring out over the side upon investigation I found out the water will stop pouring out once the lid is screwed on which is a defect I think cause that’s how you fill the water jug up. I guess I can cover the hole until it’s filled up then uncover once the lid is screwed on cause again once the lid is screwed on it stops. I’m assuming it has something to do with the pressure. But overall that’s a minor disadvantage for the most part it works good and as it should. Once the lid is on the water will stop as it gets a certain height. It looks nice and fits in the corner perfectly I would recommend just know this when filling up the jug. I just got it today so I’m gonna keep messing with and if anything changes I’ll update my review. But I do love the fact that the chickens get clean water throughout the day. And the design is cute and sleek.

I love this brand!

This is the only brand that doesn’t leak water everywhere or build up any mildew. It can be used anywhere. These are the only brand I trust to keep my chickens watered.
