Made of high-quality, heavy-duty corrosion-proof material, the Smart Step System provides superior comfort, strength-to-weight performance, durability and safety.
Thanks to the swing-up and lift-and-lock feature that adds an extra safety measure, you can enjoy the cool waters of your pool knowing that everyone who enters or exits the pool will have a strong footing. This step ladder system can also be connected directly to your deck by removing the outside ladder body and mounting the platform and handrails to the deck for a seamless transition from your deck to your pool. This pool ladder system offers easier, safer access than standard ladders. Customers said it's "much nicer" and allows sitting on steps. However, concerns include stability issues with wobbly handrails, steps taking up pool space, and difficulty for shorter individuals. Some found assembly challenging. Needs weighing down for security.

The ladder and steps work good, need to be weighed down. The hand rails are a little wobbly. Overall it works good, a lot better than what came with the pool. My only suggestion is do NOT use fedex to ship it to you. Even coming from one state next to me, they were 4 days late. The steps were a week late. Please find a different shipping company to use. I think the USPS is faster.
Great set of ladders just need to little bet wider
Buyer Beware! This ladder is ABSOLUTELY a Lawsuit waiting to happen. First it was difficult to put together. Next it is Down Right Scary to use. The product is poorly built. It is Extremely Unsable and Unsafe to use. This item is complete garbage. DO NOT PURCHASE!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND Headache. We bought this ladder for the older members of our family to have a safe way to get in and out of the pool. This ladder will get you hurt real quick!!!

Not happy with design. Steps going in are not friendly for shorter people. It's not sturdy at all it's wobbly, Felt safer on ladder that comes with pool. Would not buy again.

Good steps, sturdy enough but took up too much room in 12x24 pool. I thought the steps raised to a lock position, but they did not, they simply come off.

We have a small pool, 4ft deep. The ladder that came will the pool served its purpose, but I had to be very careful getting in and out of the pool. We just put in our new steps. They're great! Much easier (and safer) to get in and out of the pool. Can sit on the steps inside of the pool.

This appears to be unique. We have not found this same ladder anywhere else. I have bad knees and hope that this will be a lot easier to use onece the pool is open.
