This was a great addition to my garage gym. It looks fantastic!! Was not too hard to put together which is a plus. The bench is quite sturdy which I was soooo happy about. Once put together I very happy with this addition to my gym. Should have got earlier.

This a great set for those that want a simple at home gym. Convenient set up to hit all your major groups. Bench is comfortable even after it gets broken in.

Versatile & Compact

This weight set has potential for packing in a lot of moves into your workout. The two things it is missing is; thorough build instructions and a reference guide for workout moves. I utilized my limited knowledge and a web search to start grasping the capabilities of the equipment after the 3 hours it took to build the item (shoddy instructions). It has been a great addition to my home gym and is compact enough to navigate around. I really like the barbell that I use on and off the bench for so many exercises. This is a good home gym item for the average person that isn't looking to bench more than 80 lbs.

The bench and weight came with instructions that made assembly a breeze. Though carrying the box into the house was much easier with a second person. The bench itself is nicely yet firmly padded. I'd say it feels a step below Premium (in a good way). The bench is also designed for easy cleaning of sweat and other fluids. The bar is adequately sized and gives confidence. There's also an easy to use leg-press which is a great addition. For someone looking to get in some light weight workout at home this is a great direction.

Perfect for the Ladies!This is perfect for me! Recommend for ladies in particular as the bar is super light and smaller. But it was easy to put together and feels solid.

We have high school athletes in our home so they are excited to use this weight set for training up before season starts. The bench is well made and comes with various size weights up to 80 pounds. The weight bench is cushioned for extra comfort. The frame is powder coated and has a 300 pound weight limit. It's a great starter weight bench to get used to weight training!
