Helpful answers about product features, setup, and more

The speaker is constructed from metal. This material choice supports everyday use while maintaining the structural integrity needed for the product's intended applications.

How big is the speaker?

The speaker measures 12.75 x 15.18 x 26.06 inches (length x width x height). Use these measurements to plan mounting, placement, or transport for your setup.

What is the speaker used for?

The speaker is used for live sound, DJ setups, home audio, or event production, depending on configuration. It connects with a typical audio chain — source, mixer or controller, and amplification — to produce sound for the intended environment.

Is there a warranty on the speaker?

these mtx tp1200 speakers are really worth the money... well constructed, 12 inch woofer, 2 way system...  with a home dj system, i am running a crown xls 5000 power amplifier thru these mtx tp1200 speakers... the sound is clean, crisp and right to the point.... these speakers can produce up to 400 watts of power, and vary little distortion/ if any....    and of course the crown produces the maximum of 1000 watts per channel under 8 ohms... note, for the best sound to obtain, is using a good equalizer, a good power amplifier, sound enhancer, and a good mixer/pre amplifier...  this will more or less ensure a top quality sound when the signal reaches these mtx tp 1200 speakers... i would consider anyone whom wishes a good speaker to buy these....

i have these speakers, the mtx tp1200...  they are faily well built, with a maximum power of 300 to 400 watts/8ohms.. they are clear sounding at high levels of out-put... nice design, well built and the quality of these speakers a good...  good low end, clear high tweeter......   if you do purchase the mtx tp1200, i would suggest the obtain a good amplifier, at least twice the wattage of what these speakers put out.. for example, 300 watts max, use at least a 600 watt amplifier, this inturn will give you the full robust sound, with no or vary little distortion...... in addition, to obtain the most robust sound from these speakers is to use a good equalizer, and a sound enhancement processor...   this will in fact have a vast inprovement of the quality of sound from the mtx tp1200 speakers...  moreover,  these speakers are well worth getting....
