Love the weight

Got this a month ago and used it immediately. I love the weight of the heating pad. It gives my neck and shoulders great relief after a long day. The smell of lavender is very nice also. The only thing I would say that is a negative is the time it takes to warm up. It seems to take longer than it should but once you get it to the desired temperature it stays warm for a good while.

So soothing!

I love this after a stressful day! It's nice that it has the ability to be hot or cold. The cold version does not work quite as well. I put it in my freezer for 24 hours before using and the cold wore off pretty quickly. However it works great for the warm use! I just pop it in the microwave and it's perfect! The scent paired with the heat and the weight makes for a very relaxing experience. I recommend!

Smells good

I've used this neck and shoulder wrap a few times and it works pretty good. It smells really good after you microwave it but it doesn't stay warm as long as I would like for it too. The material that's inside the wrap is a little thin on the neck part and that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. The ends that hang down are pretty heavy so it doesn't move around a whole lot which is good. The soft outside material feels good on the skin and the stitching looks like it will hold up for a while.

Exactly what I was looking for

I've been searching for an electric neck and shoulder heating pad until I came across this one. My husband sits for eight plus hours every day and always complains of neck/shoulder pain. This pad nice since you can heat it in the microwave to a desired temperature. It stays warm for a while. Soothing lavender aroma is very pleasant. Very pleased with the product.

Cool Product

The Nalax Neck & Shoulder Microwave heating pad with lavender aromatherapy is a pretty cool product. To heat the pad all you do is place it in the microwave and it warms up nicely. You can also place the pad in the freezer and use it that way. Pretty awesome!

Helps with tense muscles

My neck and shoulders always seem to be tense and regular heating pads don’t really conform to that area for me. However this product does!! It’s able to fit around my neck and shoulders nicely and I’m able to get the heat where I need it!

Smells super good.

The design is good as it very easily stays in place once putting it around my neck and shoulders. The smell is lovely which I actually think helps calm me down which inevitably makes me less tense and more comfortable. My only complaint is that there were literally no instructions with the item.

Great pain relief!

I constantly have issues with my neck and shoulders being sore which leads to a lot of tension headaches and the occasional muscle spasm. This heating pad is great. It covers my shoulders my neck and the back of my head -- all the areas that need heat therapy. The lavender smell is a bit strong but it doesn't bother me. I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a heating pad for neck and shoulders.

Very very nice product. Pop in microwave and it is the perfect thing for sore neck shoulders etc. Can really be used anywhere by just laying it on the body part. I am very pleased with it and would surely use and purchase again
