I have been delighted with this grill. I could tell from its design that I would not be able to enjoy different cooking zones, but life is a compromise, and the ability to heat evenly throughout the grilling surface makes this unit perfect for simple broiling. Burgers, steaks, chops, fish fillets have come out perfectly, the entire cooking surface offers the same level of heat, everything comes off the same way at the same time. It is easy to store for its size, and its unique shape allowed me to cook 8 1/2 lb burger Patties at the same time, all perfectly seared with a great Carmelized crust. I highly recommend this grill, you get the same capabilities as the Weber portable BBQ with much better propane life, much smaller footprint and MUCH easier to store in your car or camper. Do take the time to clean after each use, grease buildup could be a problem if ignored. Thankfully, it is easy to clean. A Winner!
