Convenient and easy to use

I have never had an electric knife before but we’ve been rewatching Good Eats lately and Alton Brown find so many uses for them! Thought this would be a great chance to try one out. Never having had an electric knife and neglecting to actually read the instructions it took me a few minutes to figure out how to put the blades in (note: it does come with instructions you don’t need to be stubborn). Once installed to my delight - this cut through a roast quickly and easily! There will be marks on your roast (pictured) if this is important to you for presentation purposes - you may want to opt for another knife. However I found the knife easy to use and love the storage stand it comes with!
