We have used this sign for two block parties now. It is heavy duty and easy to write on and erase with a chalk marker. It holds up well in the wind and you can add sand for extra weight. I ordered and received this a few weeks ago. I am using it to draw attention to my tent at craft shows. It is wonderful. I and so pleased with the size the construction of it is so strong and sturdy. It has spots to put sand in it for added sturdiness. I have not put sand in mine as I travel with it. I can see if you put it out on a sidewalk all day you may need to do that. I am very pleased overall with it. Not one complaint at all. Great product.
