Featuring a new and improved design, the stabilizer works with your tires to keep your trailer steady when it is not in motion, fitting more axels than its predecessor. Pivoting louvers grip the treads on tandem tires to prevent slipping, while the heavy-gauge steel chocks apply non-harmful force to eliminate give, letting you easily load and unload your trailer without rocking or wobbling. The stabilizers retract down to 1-3/8 inches and expand up to 17-1/2 inches, fitting seamlessly between the tires on most tandem-axle trailers. The set comes with a ratcheting wrench that expands the chocks, though they can be expanded with a power drill (not included). When not in use, the chocks fold to a compact size for easy storage.
