Prism Fitness 16mm Thick Smart Self-Guided Stretching and Exercise Mat, Blue

This is a comfortable and supportive workout mat. It has stretching examples on it and I’ve tried them all at this point. I’m very happy with it.

I recently got me this Prism Fitness Mat and I absolutely love it . It shows you 14 core exercises to do.I just love how comfortable it is and I look forward to using it every day. I am 62 years old and I would recommend it to everyone.

this is my first time trying this and I am very happy to have it. It is extra thick and has a great cushion effect when placed on very hard floors. It is easy to roll up easy to roll out and makes my exercise routine much more pleasant

The prism fitness mat has great features. Iove that it has stretching and exercise information right on the mat. I can warm up quickly! The mat has a good thickness to it and I can comfortably do all of my floor exercises. Highly recommend!

Clearly printed stretch and exercise guide helps get you started. Durable yes but it's how comfortable the thickness of this mat makes you feel while stretching and exercises that makes it THE ONE! This is a very unique yoga mat. I love that it has the poses on one side and core exercises on the other. I love routine and structure so that helps alot when I'm doing my stretching. It's comfortable and helps my back having less back pain since I was using the floor with no padding before I got this. Color is nice and subtle which is also great. I recommend this for sure.

This mat is thick enough. Usually theyre so thin your knees start to burn. I do wish it came in more color options. Easy to move into any small apartment and reminds you to stretch.

This mat feels great under my feet when doing yoga, stretching or even some stationary workouts. I really like the two reinforced holes it comes with at the top of the mat for hanging and storage. The printed exercises on the mat are a welcomed bonus in case I don't want to follow a workout and just do my own thing. Love this mat and will be telling friends and family!

I have been using this Prism fitness exercise mat for a couple of weeks and I really like how easy it is to roll up and take on the go no matter where I go, I can always take it with me. I also like that its thick enough so it doesnt hurt your back when doing sit-ups or stretches, but not too thick to where you cant roll it up.
