There was a one in 50,000 chance, the spring on the chain tensioner broke. Probably never happen again. Easy to fix. I called, they're sending me a new one, free! The only part I couldn't find on their website. With the deal I got, I'm very satisfied. Be careful, 15 mph is fast. The 8 y.o. girl tried and got some road rash. The RULE: No helmet, no ride! - enjoy ! .bwj...
