I rate this transaction a five for fast shipping and customer service. I purchased the Renogy Rego 3000 Split-Phase Inverter because I have used it in the past in my RV. It is a wonderful inverter providing great management over the charging process for high capacity 400Amp Renogy batteries. It also allows for management of incoming shore power amperage from 15 to 50 AMPs (great for much-docking) and control of the charging rate to the batteries from 5 to 150 AMPs. This adjustable charge rate lets me tune the charging perfectly with my generator based on working loads.
This model allows for RV-C communication between the batteries and the various Rego Chargers in the system which maintains the batteries to the ultimate charge state. I use them at 10000ft in harsh winter conditions and the Inverter is up to the task. I have used my current Renogy Rego 3000 Split-Phase Inverter for almost 3 years and it has functioned perfectly and I expect nothing less from this unit.
The unit shipped by VMInnovations reflecting a status of New. When I received it I found it was in excellent shape and working condition but it was not new with all wrappings, accessories and warranty cards, etc. VMInnovations handled this problem very quickly by providing a very fair settlement for me to keep the Renogy Rego 3000 Split-Phase Inverter.
I also purchased a Renogy Combiner Box and 2 Renege 400 Watt Solar Blankets from VMInnovations and they were all new as promised. My transaction with them was excellent, pricing was fantastic, shipping was fast and customer service was excellent. I would purchase again from VMInnovations without any hesitation!
