I love these rev-a-shelf cabinet child locks! Not only were they easy to install but they are lifesavers! My toddler definitely can’t get into the cabinets now! Will definitely be buying more! Highly recommend!

I have small kids and as well as small nieces who come by. They are in that curious stage of cabinet doors. As a parent you constantly try to teach them not to open them being worried about their little fingers getting smashed. This helps a lot! Even child proof for dads lol it feels nice for him to need me every now and then to open things 10/10

Being a grandparent to 3 small ones that love to get into stuff these are a must. I used these on my cabinet that has cleaning supplies in it. It keeps the small ones from getting in and getting a hold of stuff. Love that these don't take batteries. So no worries about having to change batteries. The lock is not seen from the outside. Which is one thing I love. In this set you get 5 locks and 2 keys. The key is what unlocks the doors. There is also a red bar you can put on if you do not want to lock that cabinet up. Very easy to install and will not change the look of your cabinet. I highly recommend these if you have a small kid and want your cabinets to stay looking nice. I would also recommend putting the extra key up. As if you lose the key you will not be able open the cabinet or drawer that you have locked.

This lock system is great for child proofing. It keeps my toddlers out of the cabinets! I love that it doesn’t require batteries and does not look bulky!

I love these with toddlers in the home you must always play it safe! I had the old fashion push down and guess what they figured it out with these discreet locks you cant even tell they are installed and im loving them. easy to install easy to work just dont misplace your key. im loving them.

My kids are now grown and have kids of their own yet I have a brother with dementia that is currently thinking and acting at about a 2 year old's level. He is into everything and doesn't recognize the dangers in some items especially things found in kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I thought these Rev-A-Shelf Magnetic Rev-A-Locks would work well to keep him out of danger. Unfortunately the Rev-A-Locks are more permanent and cabinet damaging than I want at this time. The Rev-A-Lock magnetic locking system is precision mounted on cabinet doors and there are specific templates provided in the instructions to set up this precision mounting. I wouldn't mind mounting these plates with screws to my cabinets yet the additional step of actually drilling out part of the thickness of my cabinet doors was asking too much and would leave too permanent marks after this product was no longer used. My brother was originally a wood craftsman and drilling holes (other than mounting screws) would be permanently damaging some of his best and irreplaceable wood work. I can see how this product would work for families who have a line of small children where these Rev-A-Locks would be used for several years to lock cabinets from prying fingers yet for those who are considering these for older possibly mentally deficient adults their installation is too permanent and causes irreversible damage to cabinets. In addition the magnetic unlocking device may be put high enough for little ones to not reach yet for dementia patients who collect everything they can find to carry around or hide for future use these may be lost leaving these cabinets unable to open. Overall I see these as beneficial for families with youngsters yet for other uses the installation process causes too much cabinet damage for my liking and the magnet opening device can become lost.

This Rev-A-Shelf magnetic child-safe cabinet security system set is not easy to install but it is worth the struggle. I used it to keep my pets and my elderly parent with dementia from our pantry cabinet. I will recommend it to anyone with pets little ones and dementia parents.

This set out just sessions! Very easy to put to together. It gave me peace of mind that my child is safe and won't get hurt. I recommend this product to all of my family and friends. A must have in any household with babies.
