Safe Thaw Industrial Strength Salt Free Traction Agent Ice Melter, 30 Pounds

Have been using this on drive and walk this season and very pleased. It works incredibly fast; and we haven’t had any issues with re-ice or slips. Kid and animal safe too!

We had an ice storm recently so I was excited to find this product on my door step. I was able to deice my entire drive way so I could get out safely without going into the ditch. I would use this product a million times if needed!

This ice melter is a lifesaver for anyone that gets any snow or ice. Using any kind of rock salt on cement leaves holes in cement just like when it's used on the roads. When using this ice melt is does not have any salt in it. I used it when the temperature outside was -15f and it melted the ice. A little goes a long ways. They are little blue balls so it's easy to dispense on the ground. It doesn't melt away fast. I put some out and had some left the next day. I only wish the bag it came in had a resealable seal for when storing it. I will never go back to regular salt again.

I love that the packaging is so eco friendly! I love that one pound can cover 100 square feet. I love that it is non corrosive. Often we do not use any melting product because we do not want damage! The fact that it is industrial strength but pet and people friendly makes me feel prepared for an icy day!

Safe Thaw’s Industrial Strength salt free ice melted is safe and effective! I love that I can have peace of mind using this product around my kids and pets. I don’t have to worry if this gets tracked in on feet or paws. On icy cold mornings our front deck and steps are always slippery. We’ve tried salt in the past and it ruins the paint and plants around. This product is wonderful. A little goes a long ways and as it melts it releases a de-icer. This product has proved to be very effective at making our steps deck and driveway less slippery. My kiddos feel better walking down to the bus on the cold mornings and I feel better knowing it is safer. I also love that this doesn’t ruin our wood or paint on our deck and steps.

I loved how easy this was to apply and how quickly it worked. I tested it out on a smaller area to see what effects it might have and none were negative. It cleared the ice away rather fast and we were able to safely walk on our sidewalk. I’ll keep this product around for the winter icy months.

I’m so happy with this brand! I’ve tried other ice melters that are safe for pets and it really wasn’t. This ice industrial melt is amazing. Not only does it thaw the ice quickly but it is safe for you and your pets. I have a dog and I’m always afraid of her licking or eating melters but this one I know she would be safe with. Not only that it won’t irritate her paws! I tell all my pet friends about it!

I got this and thawed out a freezer with it. Needed to move it and it had a lot of ice I needed gone. It did not take too long and wanted something that was not toxic. I also like the fact it is not too messy.

The reason I will definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone is not because it's 100% salt and chloride free but it's also environmentally safe. Also another great feature is the fact that is safe for pets and kids and won't damage concrete or my deck. And this bag will last me a while. Amazing product.

I love that this is pet friendly. I have a siberian husky and he loves to be outside. I don't want to have to worry about his paws burning from other salt brands. This will put some peace to us knowing he won't get hurt.
