This pillow was an adjustment initially to get used to. I like that it is king size and it forms to my head and neck in all the right places. I like the microfiber cover. I had my husband try to the pillow and he thought it was too bulky but yet has used it a few times so I think he secretly likes it.

This pillow is so great for people who are fussy sleepers! I've found that it's very easy to customize the height and fill amount and it has different types of layers (like one that's more of a fluffy down feel one that's more of a memory foam feel) so it's easy to find a pillow feel that's suitable for your needs. Love it!

I recently got this pillow because I have a neck condition. I have been using the softer of the 2 inserts and it has been unbelievable. My neck feels so much better now since I have been using this. I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone with any kind of neck issues

I love the idea of this pillow however I haven't found the perfect combination. The inserts shift and maybe it's in my mind but I can feel them when they aren't perfectly aligned. I started with all the inserts in and it was too much. I have tried each on its own and need to give each another shot.

Tries the large sleepgram pillow with microfiber cover and I am very pleased with it! Great size very sturdy no issues with it going flat.really held up well. And it is very soft.

I got this pillow and I wasn't sure if I would like it or not. I had never tried a pillow that had inserts before so I was unsure how that would work. I discovered that I really like a bit firmer pillow than I had thought. I first tried it with both inserts and that slept pretty good but it was a bit to much for me. I removed one of the inserts and I sleep very comfortably now every night. A new world of pillows was opened up to me and I love it.

This pillow arrived in a vacuum sealed bag. I had no idea how fluffy it would be until I unsealed it. After 10 minutes in the dryer to fluff it was ready for use. I can adjust the softness with pillow inserts that are easy to remove or add. I have experienced less neck pain and have slept more soundly since trying this new pillow.

The outside cover which is much more than a pillowcase. Then there are the two inside pillows. One of those is firmer than the other. You determine how firm or soft the pillow is by inserting one or both of the inside pillows into the cover. You can have a very soft pillow a medium soft pillow or a firm pillow depending on which inside pillows you use. The outside pillow case has a zipper that opens one side and one end of the case to make inserting or removing the inside pillows very easy. The pillow is made from high quality materials which should last a long time. You remember at the beginning of this review I said that choosing a pillow is a very personal thing. After several nights of experimenting with this pillow I determined it wasn't for me. However I gave it to my wife and she LOVES IT. After trying a LOT...and I mean a LOT....of different pillows due to back and neck issues she is absolutely sold on this one. This is a very unique pillow -- three parts. It is king size. It has the look and feel of a comforter made into a pillow. Inside the protective pillow pouch (which looks like a comforter and can be washed) are two more pillows. One is red tagged and one is blue tagged. Upon receipt you will have to fluff them in the dryer on low for 10 minutes and then let them sit out for 24 hours. Putting them back into the original case was very easy.You don't have to add both insets since one is fluffier than the other. It makes for a very firm pillow on the bed that does not move around yet soft for your head. If you are like me and find yourself scrunched up hugging your comforter and using it as a pillow you are going to love this -- it is exactly like that but in pillow form. Had excellent sleep with this as my pillow.

I brought this a month ago to try it out and let's just say this is the most softest and comfortable pillow I ever had not mention I love how fluffy it is.
