This was a really nice surprise to receive and is making me realize i need to upgrade my at-home set up! I have been making due since covid with a lower-end at home reformer with minimal accessories. This has been a great addition ensuring i can safely stretch my neck and spine after class. Its incredibly durable really comfortable and so high quality!

As a beginner Pilates enthusiast who suffers with chronic pain I love looking for safe and effective exercises. This barrel allows you to comfortably work out and lengthen your core and spine. It conveniently includes a DVD to visualize useful routines. A must try for Pilates fans and those of us with chronic pain.

The barrel is very well made. The bottom is made out of solid wood quite heavy and very sturdy. The top has a decent cushion foam and covered with faux leather. It’s comfortable to exercise without being slippery or sinking in. The curve helps to stretch out your spine after long day on the computer or phone. It comes with a DVD showing the exercises you can do with the barrel. I would recommend to update the DVD to a more newer version. We live in a technology age where we scan QR code and play video on smart TV. The DVD is giving a 1970 vibe and so not motivated people to workout. Hire a fitness influencer and make a new version that worthy of the quality consumer is paying for this! Otherwise it’s a beautiful well made high quality barrel and I can use for various pilate workout forms.

First of all this was a lot more lightweight than expected! Very easy to move around. It seems to be well-made! It comes with a DVD that reviews some exercises. As someone with chronic back pain this has been really comfortable to use so far and I’m excited to integrate it into my exercise routine!

The Stamina AeroPilates wooden padded spine posture corrector stretching barrel is lightweight enough to carry and store but strong enough to use to help open the chest and help strengthen your spine. The handles on the sides are easy and strong enough to hold as you do your strengthening exercises and there is a cloth-type handle to carry and to move to store when not using. Included with the barrel is a DVD with beginner intermediate and advanced levels that are easy to follow and provide a myriad of exercises to keep your exercises varied and fun. I have noticed as I age that I seem to 'slump' a bit more and am super excited to continue using this barrel and workout tape to strengthen not only my back but my lungs. I have this in my dedicated exercise room to add to my daily exercise routine.

I would say wow nice package and it is huge!!!! Good quality and help me with a lot of work out exercise. The material is soft and comfort. The package also includes the disk that guide you how to use it too since I did not know how to use it for the very first time! My back pain is also improved a lot. Highly recommend

This is a great tool for working on your alignment! It fits right into my home gym/office. I’ve been using it daily and it has a nice modern design. Would recommend!

I got this from influenster for my review and im so excited to try it! It was much bigger than expected but easy to store! It also came with a dvd for different work outs and ways to use!!

I didn't think this would be a good fit for me but I am wrong. I like that it is padded and easy to get up and down from it and I have a video that came with it so I can learn how to use it properly. This is going to be a great tool for my health. Love it❤️

I was gifted this to review. This spine corrector is a nice product to have for beginning aerobics or even for back stretches and therapy. The padding is comfortable not too firm. It’s more light than I expected it to be which is nice that it is easy to move around.
