Sun Joe Poultry Grit Pecking Block for Chickens, Ducks, and Turkeys, 25 Lbs

Provide supplemental grit and activity for your flock with the Sun Joe PGB25 Poultry Grit Pecking Block. Formulated with crushed quartzite rock, this 25-pound solid block supplies the supplemental grit birds need for grinding feed as part of their daily digestion. It is engineered for use with all types of poultry, including chickens, ducks, turkeys, and mixed backyard or farm flocks across various housing environments.

In addition to supplying essential grit, the block format supports natural pecking behavior and encourages instinctive foraging activity. Serving as a steady outlet for flock engagement, the block helps reduce boredom, curb aggressive pecking among birds, and keep flock members active in coops, runs, pastures, and outdoor pens.

The pecking block offers a convenient free-choice feeding method that eliminates the need for any measuring or mixing prior to use. To set up, simply place the block directly on the ground in a clean, dry area set apart from your flock's primary feed location, allowing birds to help themselves as needed throughout the day.

Combining a 25-pound crushed quartzite rock formulation, simple ground placement, and an accessible free-choice format, the Sun Joe PGB25 Poultry Grit Pecking Block provides a practical supplemental grit solution for maintaining active and engaged farm and backyard flocks.
