Paid for New One; Rec'd a Defective Repackaged One

While I want to love the product I cannot because the package sent to me was clearly a repackaged return. I decided I'd open the box anyway and as I went through the pieces, I noticed one of the stems that goes into the hole was shaved and did not match the others. Try as I might to get it into the hole it would not go. I've had to call Suncast who is sending me the one panel with an unshaved stem but I must wait 4 weeks for it. If that works, I'm in luck. If it does not work, I am sending the whole unit back to vminnocations for a refund. Hope those of you who did not get a returned/repackaged one are enjoying your purchase.
