I was excited about the reviews of this product. When it arrived, it was in a box that had been torn open, with the fountain hanging out of the box. It was obvious that it was used because there was an orange sticker letting me know that the product was used; however, had been checked.
It was not even in the bag in the box, there were no instructions, and they even left the shipping label from the individual from Illinois with their complete address that returned it.
I tried to use it; however, even after charging it was unimpressive. The fountain spray was about 18 inches at best.
This was a waste of money and is on the way to the landfill,as it went out with the trash today.
I would not recommend purchasing any product from this company. They sell used product, in torn boxes, and they even leave the return label from the other person that returned it.
Me I threw it away.
