High-purity fine sand produces little dust, having been subjected to a multi stage cleaning process that removes larger particles and cleans away harmful particulates. The 50 pound bag fills an area of 18 inches by 18 inches up to 3 inches deep. Check with the manufacturer of your sandbox or sand table to ensure you have the proper amount of sand. The sand is designed for use in play tables, sandboxes, and parks. The sand should not be used for sandblasting with machinery.
