The plastic cutting board and collapsible wash bin nest into the table surface cutout. Use the integrated cutting board to prepare the meat, chicken, or veggies, while the sink can be used to hold water or store waste until you've finished cooking. Set the cutting board onto the hole so that it seats. With a rubber plug, you can easily drain the sink basin when finished with it. Install a backboard by inserting it into the mounting points on the table for a more organized area, keeping cooking utensils within arm's reach (sold separately).

Adjust the height of the leg until the table is level by loosening the adjustment knob that ranges from 26 to 43 inches tall.
