We will need your phone number for the delivery. The carrier will need to call you in order to set up a delivery time. Please make sure the number you provide during checkout is the best one to reach you. If paying with PayPal, please make sure the number on your account is accurate.

You'll need to inspect your package upon arrival before you sign. If your order arrives damaged, you should sign "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt. If the item is damaged to the point that it is not usable, you can refuse the item.

Please notify and, if possible, send photos of any damage to vminnovations_help@email.spreetail.com, along with your order number. A member of our Customer Experience team will reach out to you with further instructions.

Delivery Information

At this time, we do not offer "in-home" deliveries. Your shipment must be delivered to the curbside and will require a signature. Please be sure you are able to move the item after it arrives, as the carrier will not be able to assist.

We do our best to ship orders as fast as we can. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by calling our Customer Experience team at 866-639-9320. Please note that if we are unable to cancel your order before it ships, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.

If the item is returned from the freight company for any reason other than damage, additional shipping or storage fees may apply. Reasons may include invalid or incorrect address information, and incorrect phone number or contact information, or failing to schedule or missing an already scheduled delivery appointment.

If the item is delivered and a return is requested, the freight shipping fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Comfy Cool and Child Friendly

I received this Intex Empire Inflatable Blow Up Lounge Chair from Influenster to try for free in exchange for my honest review.This inflatable lounge chair is a keeper! It can be used inside or outside! We filled the water chamber in the bottom and set it outside to test its strength against Oklahoma wind! It survived for now! It did get wet and dirty easily just from filling it up with water and air; but it cleaned up nicely with just some soap and water! It is going to be even better once the pool is up and going! We also brought the chair inside to see how the kiddos like using them inside. It was just as comfy inside as it was outside! They of course wanted to use it to game and watch movies in! If this one holds up I plan on buying the 3 pack of them which is only $100! That way we can use them as a family and teenage boys aren’t fighting over who gets to sit in it! It was super easy to assemble though you will need an air pump to inflate it and a water hose for the water reservoir (if using outside). If you want an individual chair they’re only $41! Neato

This chair is really neat! A lot bigger and sturdier than I was expecting. We have cats and it has held up pretty good so far. It’s really comfortable and I like that it can be inflated and deflated to go anywhere.

Comfy chair!

Super comfortable chair easy for summer! I can sit in it with my toddler I am 5’3 175lb! It’s just like a small air mattress to transport I did not find it difficult!

Amazing!

This chair is awesome! So easy to blow up and we will be taking it everywhere with us this summer. It’s very comfortable to sit in and seems super durable. My husband is obsessed with it and already plans to order a couple more for friends!

Great chair

Excited to take this chair camping with us this summer. I love that it can deflate and inflate so quickly. The material seems pretty heavy duty. Very comfortable go sit in. My toddlers love it as well. 10/10
